This pilgrimage will acquaint participants with the geographical and cultural settings of the Bible. Instruction will be led by John Schoenheit and supplemented by faculty of The Society for Biblical Studies. Please see the attached syllabus for more details of the daily itinerary. or print out the registration form from the link below. To enroll, a signed registration form is required with a $200 deposit and any travel insurance premium. Day 2 Arrive Tel Aviv, touring as time allows, Caeserea Maritima, transfer to Hotel, orientation and introduction, overnight in Galilee
Day 3 Sepphoris, Megiddo, Muhraqa, view
Nazareth & Mt. Tabor, overnight in Galilee
Day 4 Hazor, Tel Dan, Banyas (Caesarea Philippi), overviews of Nimrod's Castle,
Gamla overview (time permitting), Kursi, overnight in Galilee
Day 5 Sea of Galilee boat ride, Ginnosar
Boat, Wadi Hammam, Mt. of Beatitudes, Tabgha, Capernaum, Bethsaida, Magdala--if
possible, overnight in Galilee
Day 6 Tel Jezreel, Gideon's spring/Ein Harrod, Bet shean, Jericho, overnight
in Jericho Kibbutz Kalia
Day 7 Masada, Qumran, The Dead Sea, Ein
Gedi, Wadi Qelt, Jericho, the Judean Wilderness with overview of St. George's
