Day 1 Depart Chicago

Day 2 Arrive Tel Aviv, introductions, orientation, overnight in Bethlehem

Day 3 Forum: Models of Christian Mission, Applied Research Institute of Jerusalem, Israel-Palestine Center for Research and Information, Church of the Nativity, Old City walk, additional sites as time permits.

Day 4 Hebron, Tombs of the Patriarchs and Matriarchs, Negev, unrecognized Bedouin villages, Betselem, Breaking the Silence, Israeli settlement.

Day 5 Caesarea Maritima, Sepphoris, mission site visits,

Day 6 Wadi Hammam, boat ride on the Sea of Galilee, Capernaum, Tabgha, Mt. of the Beatitudes, Jordan River

Day 7 Worship, Christ Church, Nazareth, Basilica of the Annunciation, Jordan river Valley, Mt. of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane

Day 8 through Day 12 Volunteer work: Participants will be assigned to one of several volunteer experiences, depending on their interests and abilities.

Day 13 Jerusalem, Old City, Western Wall, Temple Mount, Old City, Lithostratos, Church of the Holy Sepulchre

Day 14 Free day (options TBD)

Day 15 return to USA

*meetings with indigenous people are subject to change. Appropriate substitutions will be made in the event that a speaker is unavailable.
